By booking installation services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Scope of Services

• Installation services are provided for appliances as outlined in the service descriptions.

• Services include delivery, unboxing, setup, connection to existing supply, and, where applicable, the removal of old appliances.

2. Connection to Existing Supply

• Installation is strictly limited to connecting appliances to pre-existing, compliant, and safe connections.

• Any additional work required to modify, repair, or update existing connections will be assessed and must be completed before installation can proceed.

• Such additional works are not included in the quoted installation price and will incur additional charges.

3. Additional Works and Charges

• If any unforeseen work is required on the day of installation, it will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.

• Examples of additional works include:

  • Modifications to plumbing, electrical, or gas connections.

  • Adjustments to cabinetry or structural works.

  • Upgrades to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• You will have the option to approve these works, which must be completed by our approved professionals or an accredited third party.

• All additional works are chargeable and must be paid in full before or upon completion.

4. Removal of Old Appliances

• Removal of old units is subject to the specified service fee.

• Appliances must be disconnected and emptied before collection.

• Additional charges may apply for disconnection if this has not been arranged in advance.

5. Access Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the installation site.

• Any delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

6. Compliance and Safety

• Installation will only be carried out if the appliance and installation environment meet all relevant safety and compliance standards.

• Our team reserves the right to refuse installation if safety concerns are identified.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Warranty and Liability

• We provide a workmanship warranty for installation services as per statutory requirements.

• This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from pre-existing faults in your property’s supply or infrastructure.

• We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect or unsafe pre-existing conditions.

9. Customer Obligations

• Ensure the appliance to be installed is accessible and ready for installation.

• Confirm that utilities (e.g., water, electricity, gas) are functioning and compliant with current standards.

• Notify us in advance of any known issues that may affect the installation.

10. Disputes

• Any disputes arising from these services will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to an independent mediator or arbitrator.
